A Rose Gold And Black Outfit For A Day In London

I have to say, I wasn’t sure I’d manage to fit in any outfit shoots whilst we were doing the ‘tourist’ thing in London. I was expecting to be so overwhelmed by crowds of people that my smile would slip from my face and all that would be left was a ‘get me out of here grimace’.

But I was pleasantly surprised at my own calmness in a sea of bustling people. Sure it was busy, but I had enough personal space to keep me happy. Which meant that we actually managed to snap this rose gold and black outfit – and got quite a few more shoots in over the next two days.

Expect Monday’s to be rather full of London shoots for the foreseeable future 🙂A peach and black outfit for a day in London.

The eagle eyed amongst you may have spotted that the accessories I’m wearing in this shoot had their first outing at the UK Blog Awards. I travelled to London by train and tube and the last thing I wanted was to heave heavy luggage around. Every piece of clothing I packed had to work really hard. If it couldn’t be included in at least three outfits it didn’t make the ‘pack it pile’.

I also chose clothing that could be rolled and stuffed into shoes, etc without creasing. This works really well, just don’t forget to take the things out of your shoes before wearing them, Yeah, I totally walked around London with a nail file in my shoe 🙂

Catch you next time.

Cheerio.

You look gorgeous! I haven’t yet done any photo shoots amongst crowds (in towns) because I’m worried I’ll look all silly and nervous, but I shouldn’t worry. I should just take a leaf out of your book and relax. You look amazing!! Love the rose gold, it really is a perfect colour for you!

      Ah thank you Suzy!
It took me a while to build up the courage to do a photo shoot when people were watching. But I’m so glad I gave it a try! Once you do it a few times you forget there are people around you. This shoot was actually taken in the four minute wait for a bus. It gave the people in the queue something to watch 🙂

Getting these shots was much easier than I thought it would be. We actually managed to squeeze in the shoot during our four minute bus wait!

Very street style Mrs – me likey! You always look gorgeous but shooting in busy London is brave – gorgeous & brave 😉 Not sure I’d be able to do it.
Your bag is almost monogrammed with your name, do you think that too?

It was a bit daunting, but I just went for it. I hadn’t noticed the whole name monogram, but you’re right – it must have been made for me 🙂
